The protection of your data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively based on the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

The easybits platform aims to automate the flows to ease access to technology. Any collection, processing, and use (hereinafter referred to as “use”) of data are exclusively done for the provision of our services. easybits sets the highest requirements for data protection and privacy. easybits' services have been designed to protect personal data as comprehensively as possible. In this context, “personal data” means all individual details of personal or factual circumstances of a particular or identifiable natural person (the so-called “affected person”). No transfer of such data for other marketing purposes or sales takes place in any case.

When you create a profile on https://app.easybits.tech/login we use data that may also be personal to provide our service.

9. Data transfer to other countries

To carry out the service successfully, easybits uses third-party service providers. To enable easybits to perform its service, you agree that easybits provides all necessary information on data processing to tech platforms and service providers in other countries. You are aware that there may be lower requirements on data protection in other countries than in the European Union. Also, personal data may be transmitted for matching and job placement.

10. Protection of your data

We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the provisions of the GDPR and BDSG are observed both by us and by external service providers who work for us.

If easybits cooperates with other companies to provide its services, these are selected based on strict criteria and required to sign data processing agreements (AV contracts).

Your data is stored on specially protected servers. Transmission to us is encrypted (128-bit TLS).

11. Cookies
